3. Avoid Consuming Sugar
What most health practitioners recommend is that adult woman limit their consumption to just 6 teaspoons per day, which is around 100 calories of sugar. To naturally lose weight rapidly without side effects, most will recommend eliminating it completely, which is easier said than done.
Know that just because you’ve decided to cut out junk food from your diet, doesn’t mean that you’re cutting out all sugar. The worse is hidden sugar, found in foods such as condiments, sauces, and baked goods. Always check the labels for its sugar content.
2, Eliminate All Junk Food
Junk food is comfort food which prevents you from losing weight, so completely eliminate it from your diet. Remove all traces of it from your home and ignore it when grocery shopping. What having it in your home does is tempts you to secretly consume some, so clean out your fridge, pantry, and freezer.
Avoid eating at restaurants where junk or fast foods are highlighted. The most common ones to avoid includes sugary drinks like fruit juices and soda, white pasta and bread, pizza, butter and margarine, store baked goods, french fries and potato chips, processed meats and cheeses.

Complex or “healthy” carbohydrates, are found in vegetables, fruits, whole wheat, and beans. These don’t need to be completely eliminated, just eat in moderation.
