5 Steps In Getting Your Site Indexed By Search Engines

Step 1 - Submit your sitemap to Google.

Step 2 - Submit your RSS feeds to the various directories

This was more effective a year ago, but there is still a degree of effectiveness here and with using tools such as RSS Submit, the time it takes to submit a feed is less than 5 minutes.
If you don’t have a feed, make one.
There are numerous directories and software applications that will syndicate your content… which means backlinks… which means the search engines will like you.

Step 3 - Submit your sites to online market specific directories

For backlinks.. hire a service if you have to. PR is still important

Step 4 - Write 5 articles and submit them

The power of an article with good content and syndication can go a long way to top search engine rankings as well as direct traffic from those articles.

Submit 1 new article every 3 days for 15 days.

Step 5 - Write and submit a press release

Much like articles, a well written press release will do wonders for your rankings and traffic.
